I’ve been watching a lot of YouTube videos from Chris Do, Gary Vee, and Alex Hormozi about business and I don’t want to be one of those people who watches and listens, but never does. So, here I am putting out my list of Marketing things I need to accomplish by the end of the year and if I don’t achieve it, you have my permission to give me crap about it.
January – April
- Post at least once a week on our social platforms
- Start an ad campaign on Facebook
- Make a business flyer and get them into 10 locations
May – August
- Post twice a week
- Produce at least 2 YouTube videos
- Get 50 organic Google reviews
- Take part in 5 workshops or talks
- Build 10 artist websites from my community (Western Ave Studios) as artist case studies
September – December
- Post three times a week
- Identify 3 new client pools for ecommerce sites
- Produce 5 YouTube Videos
- Fit into my old suit incase I have a fancy meeting
This list might not seem so radical but I want to start with something I have a good chance of getting so that year over year I can build on my gains. I am a big proponent in small victories. It’s always been in consistency where I found success and in business it can’t be much different right?
